The NAVER Dictionary application is a branch from the major NAVER online platform with the aim to provide primarily Korean users opportunities to learn, translate and understand foreign words. Korean and foreign users described the application as overly cluttered, difficult to navigate, and complicated. Users needed new tools and strategies to learn new words.
