This postcard introduces the work of artist Sanne Kabalt after her three week residency with The Arctic Circle. Kabalt has been trying to find a form for the material she created. Making a work about the loss of landscape due to climate change comes with a responsibility and a weight, and she finds herself worrying whether words or images can ever come close to conveying the deep impression the Arctic made on her. the layout of the postcard mimics the drifting of ice across a body of water. The postcard was made under the direction of Riet Van Gerven at SEA Foundation in Tilburg.
